Geologist and geostatistician with 29 years of experience in mining and geology; Specialized in evaluation of mineral resources, geometallurgy and geostatistics. Orlando has strong technical competency in geology, geostatistics, including estimations and simulations, database administration, geology-mine processes and plant reconciliation and mineral resource declarations.

During his career, Orlando has conducted geological, geometallurgical, and mineral resources of porphyry copper-molybdenum deposits, copper-molybdenum deposits, precious metals (Au-Ag), skarn type deposits (Cu-Zn-Mo), IOCG type deposits and deposits lithium-tantalum for pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, as well as for mine planning to short, medium and long term, both in underground and in open pits mines.

Orlando has worked in Chile and Australia for companies such as Codelco, Collahuasi, AMSA, QG Group and GeoEstima, serving in various positions and functions as Project Geologist, Resource Geologist, Superintendent, Assistant Manager and Principal Consultant.

Orlando is a geologist from the University of Chile, he complemented his education with a master's degree in Mining Geostatistics at the Fontainebleau Geostatistics Center, France (2000-2001).
